I assist in overseeing operational processes and managing multiple sectors of the business to ensure our office runs smoothly and efficiently.
My favourite aspect of my role is human resource management. I am passionate about supporting people — recognising that every individual brings unique strengths — and helping our team perform at their highest potential. Working closely alongside our Director and CEO as her trusted right-hand, I provide guidance, structure, and leadership across the business.
Outside of work, I enjoy renovating properties, which has given me a strong understanding of project management, building sequences, defect identification, and demolition processes. I value the hands-on experience of bringing projects to life and turning vision into reality — building my dreams with my own hands. This practical knowledge further strengthens my ability to support clients, investors, and our team with real-world insight and confidence.
