This form is an Inspection Registration only and does not constitute a rental application or tenancy assessment under the Residential Tenancies and Rooming Accommodation Act 2008 (Qld). The purpose of this form is to register interest in the property and assist with inspection management, staff safety, and internal record-keeping. Completion of this form does not guarantee the offer of a tenancy. Prospective tenants who register interest will be invited to attend an inspection, subject only to neutral and practical inspection constraints such as inspection scheduling and staff availability. The RTA Form 22 (Information Statement) and a formal tenancy application will only be provided after a prospective tenant has inspected the property and confirmed they wish to proceed. A tenancy is only created once a formal application has been approved and a tenancy agreement has been signed by all parties.
