MEET COURTNEY CASSIDY-CARROLL
Courtney Cassidy-Carroll is a new member of the real estate industry and is part of the Mareeba Property Management team as our Reception and Administration Support. She brings a strong background in customer service, team leadership and day-to-day operations, with experience across hospitality, retail and field-based work.
Courtney is eager to learn the real estate industry and is always happy to assist wherever she can. Her previous experience has developed her communication skills, attention to detail, reliability and ability to stay organised in busy environments.

Courtney's experience previously as a Shift Manager has strengthened her ability to take responsibility, follow procedures, communicate clearly and ensure tasks are completed to a high standard. These skills are a great addition to our reception and administration support, where organisation, reliability and friendly customer service are important every day.
Outside of work, Courtney enjoys making the most of Far North Queensland. She loves camping, 4WD driving, exploring the outdoors and swimming at local waterfalls. She enjoys getting out and about, discovering new places and making the most of the beautiful region we are fortunate to call home.
