As our Assistant Property Coordinator, Kerri brings a well-rounded background in customer service, administration and business operations. Her varied experience has helped her develop strong organisational skills, a practical approach to problem-solving and an understanding of the importance of building positive relationships with people.
At MPM, Kerri assists with property maintenance and routine inspections, helping ensure maintenance matters are followed up and properties are regularly inspected. She understands that looking after a rental property involves more than just the building itself; it also means communicating with people, keeping things organised and helping ensure matters are attended to along the way.
Kerri brings warmth, enthusiasm and a positive spirit to the office, whether she is assisting clients, working alongside tenants and owners, or supporting her fellow team members. Her caring nature and practical approach make her a valued part of our property management team.
Outside of work, Kerri is your typical soccer mum! She and her family love getting involved in the local community and supporting the excitement of soccer matches. At home, her three Rottweilers certainly keep her busy, but they are also the perfect companions to unwind with after a busy day.
Kerri also enjoys spending time in her garden, working on garden projects and watching her capsicums and tomatoes grow. She has a strong green thumb!
